WHO WE ARE
Universal Marine Surveying and Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd (UMSCSB) was established in 2010 with a mission to provide quality and professional surveying services to all our clients respective of the standards of the trade. The company previously known as Quantum Maritime which was first established in 1999 merged into the UNIVERSAL MARINE group of companies with the regional office in Singapore. Today, UMSCSB continues to operate under the same local Malaysian management.
WHAT WE DO
Our team comprises of an experienced team of Six (6) Senior Marine Surveyors whose combined experience in their respective fields exceeds 240 years of marine and cargo surveying. We work closely with Major Shipping, Freight, Logistics, Shipowners, Charterers and Oil companies both Government linked and in the Private Corporate sector plus Insurance Companies and also P&I Clubs where we attend to their needs in the marine and cargo industry.
