Universal Marine Surveying and Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd (UMSCSB) was established in 2010 with a
mission to provide quality and professional surveying services to all our clients respective of the standards of the
trade. The company previously known as Quantum Maritime which was first established in 1999 merged into the
UNIVERSAL MARINE group of companies with the regional office in Singapore. Today, UMSCSB continues
to operate under the same local Malaysian management.
